3 months and still waiting (claim)
The worst customer service on record. This deserves a -10. I registered a claim for minor damage in April. And the process has not been finalised.
I complained to agents over the phone who refer you to another department for complaints.
The admin required to request service as a paying customer is ridiculous.
Three months and still waiting.
