2nd time lucky

So I've had 2 claims with iWyze and I'm glad to say that the service I received the second time helped me move from 2 stars to 4. Tasneem registered my claim and handled my situation with care and empathy and Phumla Ndlovu processed my claim very efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way, these ladies have definitely changed my mind about the company.

For my first claim i had Lucky Dhladhla interrogate me like i have committed the worst crime ever. At some point while he was asking me questions he told me i need to "pull myself together and focus", and showed no empathy for what i was going through, keep in mind this was my first time submitting a claim ,EVER, needless to say he made the experience a living hell for me, he couldnt even do the bare minimum of acknowledging emails. If it wasnt for the likes of Chabang Aphane, Arnold Phiri and Nthabiseng Dibakoane my car probably would have never even been fixed.
