2 months and waiting/ bad service

vehicle was sent to a non approved panel-beater, once i discovered i requested it to be moved to a legitimate one. Bare in mind that the "illegitimate" panel beater stripped my car and therefore means my warranty has fallen off. The new panel beater alerted me that there were some parts missing and when they request the parts from the illegitimate panel beater the keep on giving them problems so forth, i've inconvenienced for over two months now and keep in mind that i keep on paying my premiums with no problems but still get service like this.

I am close to consulting with a lawyer im fed up this is *******.
