10 working days has passed and i still haven’t received a reply to my objection

Iwyze expect clients to abide to the 90 day objection time period after repudiating a claim but they can’t even adhere to their 10 day rule to reply to any objection sent to them.

As a client every single day that passes gets me closer to the “90 days”, i need to know the results of my objection in order to move on based on whatever decision iwyze makes.

I wonder if the delay is done on purpose to minimise any chance of the client lodging a successful dispute through the ombudsman/Court.

I am unsatisfied with the services that gives clients false hopes.
