The seems to be no clear communication between the towing truck , panel beater, assessor (they using external) and the insurance at some point my car was not not known it's whereabouts but eventually located to the correct place 4. The insurance company came through for me by ensuring a payout for the claim was effected eventually, so I will give them to that. 5.
