In Serbia, I got a residence permit through employment, I can get a passport in 5 years. I found a job, an attractive country, a completely different climate and life in general. The procedure for obtaining a residence permit was not difficult, but you need to properly prepare the documents and application, with which the lawyers helped. They speak English, so it was convenient to communicate. They also acted as a translator.
