WORST COMPANY EVER - STAY AWAY !

This is the worst company i've ever dealt with and the worst most impersonal service i've ever encountered, and that is saying a lot since we live in South Africa.

IWOOT gladly took our money, almost R3000 for two products ordered, of which one delivered torn open and damaged, and the other never arrived, and their response is "Sorry, we can't assist with a refund", and you cannot even return the damaged parcel as it costs more to return it to UK than the worth of the parcel.
