Total **** of a business

This entity is a total **** and they should be investigated. They take your money and your order never arrives. When you follow up, you get the same responses continually. There is no contact telephone number and it is quite frustrating to deal with a service like this. I am so disappointed and angry. I purchased a surprise gift for my son and it never arrived. They sure surprised me by not delivering. I only read other reviews today and so many other people have experienced this exactly. I really pray that this entity gets investigated.
