Hello.

After the release of the Marvels End Game,I wanted to buy my boyfriend a gift as he had been such a fan. His birthday was on the 16th of May so I placed an order of a Marvels hoodie on the 4th of that moment. Initially there was problems with payments so I used an alternative card to make a payment which went through successfully.

Today is the 07/06/2019 and I have not received this hoodie as I am getting frustrated because I have communicated with them countless times on various platforms,plateforms that have been listened on the site (twitter customer service via dms aswell as on WhatsApp)

They keep referring me to different people and always asking for my details which o believe would be avoided if they kept me speaking to ONE agent as I have already given them my details and 30 days have already passed and nothing has come from them. Am I being ****med by this trusted company??

I will not do business with them going forward because everything is a hassle to them and I did everything they asked for correctly on my end.
