Payment was successful but no package came

Good Day

I made a purchase of a Marvel hoodie around about the time the EndGame Marvel movie came out and it was 4th of April. As I am writing this review it is 10 June and I am yet to receive this package.

When I used the avenues they have listed on their site regarding any complaints they ignore me, they ignore me on WhatsApp and whenever I dm them on twitter they ask for more details which I have already given and I feel like they at sending me from pillar to post and I might never get this hoodie and I paid for it instantly.

I even checked the countries they deliver to aswell as the duration. South Africa is said to get their packages in 3-4 working days but more than a month has passed and nothing is showing promise.

I am pleading with you guys to assist me because I feel like I have been ****med.
