Never received my order.

I bought a Item from IWOOT online, When I did not received the item I contacted IWOOT for them only to tell me that they have no tracking info for the item as it was sent with no tracking shipping. This was a big surprise as I did pay 1/3 of the price for shipping. I also did not realise that the item is coming from over seas as it said IWOOT SA. I'm really disappointed as bought the item as a gift for someone which they now won't get. The one thing that I can say that is positive after loads of messages I did get my money back. However, I will not buy from IWOOT again
