IWOOT AN EXPERIENCE TO AVOID

wanted to share my experience with IWOOT (IWantOneOfThose.com) as I suspect that others like me have had bad experiences. I ordered an item from the IWOOT website in late July and was advised by them it was despatched 8 August. It has still not arrived as of 7 September. Customer services is non-existent, no phone number, no way to speak to a human. There is only an email address which does not look as though it applies. I have written to this 3 times without response. There are hundreds with the same issue trying to get some kind of customer service on Twitter and not getting anywhere. It amazes me that VISA and Mastercard continue to allow this ************ vendor to continue!
