I made a booking with Ivy Leaf guest house in Bloemfontein I paid the full amount to bookings.com as requested and after payment was made they informed me that the ad was incorrect. I then asked to cancell my booking and refund me which they agreed to because it was their mistake. Now I am struggling to get the refund and Ivy Leaf moves the blame to bookings.com and they ignore me.
