2 Breakdowns in less than 5 months

Hello Peter I'm a driver off one off the most amazing trucks in our fleet it is a 500 e5 Iveco truck Orange in colour. I'm still trying to convince my boss off this but i find it hard to do because of the following reason - At this moment i'm standing next to the road with a breakdown it is pouring with rain this is the second breakdown in less than 5 months, what is the problem you ask. A V-belt- the main belt snapped. Why?? The first time Iveco's breakdown mechanic came to replace the belt they arrived late at night and only finished the next morning, took forever to get the job done but eventually they got it done. But this is not why i'm not happy im very unhappy because i found the problem with the second breakdown, "which by the way is another V-belt" pieces of V-BELT were stuck between the waterpump pulley and the pump itself, pieces that was left there from the previous breakdown that caused the pulley to take more strain and let the belt get worn out a lot faster than it is supposed to. Causing me to stand in the pouring rain and costing my boss a lit of money a second time within 5 months time. Now i ask you is there no more pride in our mechanical engineers today? I think you can see why i have trouble to convince my boss
