Zero Concept of Customer Service

<p>Purchased coffee machine from Ivans for around R10k. Machine broke due to us not having it serviced, Ivans did not tell us that it needs servicing and at which intervals. Sent machine into Ivans. Ivans sent it for repairs as they couldn't fix it. After waiting 6 weeks and no contact Ivans told us their repair provider was on holiday. After 3 more weeks of calls to Ivans they failed to keep us informed however received payment from us. After establishing that they have not given us any customer service they stil refused to deliver our machine to us and stated that we have to collect it ourselves.</p> <p>All in all a bad experience from sales to after sales.</p>
