Full of excuses

The buyers bond was approved on 6 Feb, but the transfer was only submitted to the deeds office on 1 Apr. First their printer was out of order for about 2 weeks. Then everything stood still because the person working with it is on leave. Then they misplace the title deed and want it from us. Fortunately we had proof that we gave it to them. I would not recommend these attorneys if you want a stress free transfer.
