IU Elemea Guesthouse unprofessional behavior.

The workers/ owners there are very unprofessional. Attended an event hosted by a friend there recently and the staff were rude and unprofessional. They were selling alcohol and would change the prices according to who was buying, example, my friend wants to buy a bottle was told it was R300 then when another friend went to buy the same bottle it was R380. When someone else went it was now R320. When we addressed this they imp**** we were drunk and didn't hear correctly when Infact we were quite sober, I later discovered they don't even have a liquor license to sell alcohol. Which is quite disappointing. Another BIG issue I had with them is their false advertising. They charged people R600 a room, fine when people wanted to go sleep they said if two people sleep in a room they charge an extra R250 which was never communicated with the host or us as her friends, when one of the hosts friends decided to sleep there they promised breakfast in the adverti*****t they put everywhere but the person who had booked there did not receive her breakfast. When later all these issues were brought up the owners of the place did not bother to apologize for all the misunderstandings and poor communication. They instead had attitude and said they would not discuss this matter further. I would not recommend anyone goes to that Guesthouse. They are unprofessional and don't know when to admit they were negligent and unprofessional instead fight and tell the customer that they will not engage in such matters again despite matters not being resolved.
