The experience was overall good. The website does provide updates for the order progress. If you want an item like today this will not be my recommendation to buy from them online but for pricing and variety ITworkup does offer an unbeatable amount of options. I can see myself using them again in the future but only if the item I need to buy is not very urgently needed. If urgency is at the heart of an purchase then buy where the supplier can confirm the item is in stock and available. ITworkup does not seem to carry a large amounts of stock. They however have a very well setup website that can offer you a view of hardware that you can buy and then wait patiently for it to arrive with the emphasis on "patiently" wait.
