TAKE HEED, EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. PROMISES NOT FULFILLED

I purchased a Gigaset Comfort 500 A set of trio cordless telephones from itWorkup; a three-week wait for delivery from itWorkup costing R3,420.00. The devices arrived with instructions in German only and are configured for the European market. The telephone attachment does not even vaguely resemble our telephone jacks and without it the phones cannot work. Despite the 24-hour response guaranteed by the lRWorkup site now, some 96 hours, and repeated requests for assistance later, still no response! Online chat proved to be an utter waste of time with the EXPERT assistant requesting that information contained in the emails be repeated online chat again. A tap dance that yielded zero results but was a grand waste of time. Finally, to add insult to injury when a call from one of itWorkup's EXPERTS was requested a form, demanding a R15.00 fee for this privilege, was sent before telephonic assistance would allowed. TAKE HEED AND EXERCISE CAUTION when purchasing from itWorkup.
