Still Zero

Follow up on my previous complaint,

Still no bother or care in the world, all good reviews here are when it goes good, in general they are pathetic, I have a feeling they never have any stock in there so called warehouse in hand, they use that statement to catch unsuspecting clients into paying for the item, in reality they don't carry anything, as it gets paid they then only purchase from overseas, they simply don't carry any grip stock at all.

Still no reply in any form or method, let alone attempt out of common freaking courtesy and just a hint of decency whatsoever to enlighten me where my so called vendor warranty DOA 10TB hard drive is in this life, that's all folks, false claimed packaging return to abscond themselves from dealing with the warranty and pushed it to vendor that seems to send the equipment from mars, hence the oblivion it takes to get to their customers, guess it got sucked into a black hole out there in space or something.

In reality I suspect highly that they deal with untrusted vendors at random from overseas, never carry the grip stock which is in their imaginary warehouse and simply window shop online, paste and repeat.

Warning to all Thos trusting the positive feedback here are only a result of things going good, no delays from suppliers over seas, smooth sailing through customs and ay presto.... But be warned they gamble on the principle of buy sell keep no grip, pure e-commerce gambling, no risk on stock being left as dead weight for not selling and gathering dust, very clever. This is purely my opinion which I may give as no retailer that I know of , takes weeks to get something out of a warehouse onto a courier bakkie and delivered anywhere in the country no more than 4 to 5 days.

Hence why I think their warranty structure does not exist as what I believe to be questionable vendors, they make use of online is the same question on whether these parts even come with a warranty to be sent back to in the first place. Again my opinion.

People for the so called good prices here is a risk of where it comes from, in what condition is the product, is it new or not, does it have a warranty etc, not accusing but my rite to question as my treatment has been absolutely riddled with appalling un professional service and in the end they ****** me of my money, did not carry the warranty of a DOA item and simply, how do we say in south africa, ran away.
