"In stock at external warehouse" means nothing to the buyer other than IN STOCK. Only once I paid the R30k for a cellphone did I receive an email stating that it will take 12-15 working days for delivery. This was a Christmas present! Since then the email communication has been EXTREMELY argumentative. They forgot that we do have our consumer law that we have to back us even with their fine print. I deeply regret doing business with this company. Timothy has NO IDEA how to "speak to" customers and customer service is not part of his work ethics
