Something seems off...
Hi. I am getting worried about the reviews given about this company, and it's very concerning that they do not have a telephone or cell number to contact. i ordered a product worth R18 528 two days ago. i haven't been notified of it's progress yet, like i usually get from a company like takealot. when i look at the availability of the product, it still says 3 available in the warehouse, which means it hasn't moved from the warehouse yet. And when i search for the product on the website, it suddenly doesn't exist.

However, leaving a 2-star rating just 2 days after placing an order, when the delivery timeframe is 5-12 working days, is quite unfair. If you want to know why we removed our telephone number from the website, it's because we were receiving 150+ daily calls, with many people chatting for extended periods about unrelated topics, which hindered our ability to assist legitimate customers and orders efficiently. We respond to all emails multiple times a day to ensure prompt communication. When you placed your order, it was clearly stated on our website that the best way to contact us is by email. If you prefer, we can refund your order immediately.
