Practise patience, it's worth it!!

I can't really fault the company, but the 4 stars is purely because there was a slight delay on my order (1 working day which unfortunately was over a weekend so felt like forever) and I had the unfortunate experience of the courier being delayed too which NEVER happens with TCG, was just Murphy's Law this time around, HOWEVER I live in a rural area so I can't fault the courier either for the delay on their side. I knew I had to be patient and I did get antsy and email first, but all my emails were promptly answered and follow ups were made so communication was fine. I think we as customers are just used to getting instant gratification from ordering online to getting our packages within a few days. The only recommendation I have is after 4-5 days after order they sent out an email just to say the order is still on it's way (even if it's automated) and any further updates will be communicated. That would give customers a bit of peace of mind, even though there is no actual update or change and the initial email does state the turnaround time. I think people just need that constant reassurance.

I really can't fault you guys and super happy with my purchase and the price was unbeatable! Hopefully in the future there might be another system in place that allows a quicker turnaround time. Along with everyone else I was a bit nervous because my purchase was an expensive one, but so happy I took the chance. I will be a returning customer! :)
