Poor service from their Sales Manager
We bought a HP Spectre Laptop which was supposed to come with a stylus, however when we took receipt of the laptop the stylus wasn't in the box. Upon numerous emails being sent to Timothy (Who had promised to resolve our issue) has finally stopped responding to us when enquiring about the delivery of the said product after he said it would be delivered to us on the 22nd of August 2024. This has been ongoing for the past 4 months and counting for a stylus to be delivered. Email Date: 22/08/2024
"I hope my mail finds you well. Shipment is expected to get here today/Tomorrow and the team is ready to send out ASAP.
Once booked I will send you the tracking information with the estimated ETA, hopefully they deliver today as I have a strong feeling they will.
Will let you know the minute its in my hand.

You purchased a laptop that does not include a stylus in the box. It was never stated on our website, nor is it originally provided by the manufacturer. You received a brand-new, sealed laptop, exactly as it comes from the manufacturer. If HP does not include a stylus in the original packaging, we have no control over that.
We asked you to provide links or information showing where you found this detail, but we have yet to receive a confirmation or any reference from you. We sincerely apologize for any confusion, but we handled everything correctly in this matter.
