Orders take longer than what is stated on their website!

I purchased a phone on 4 February, expecting to receive it within the promised 6-14 working days as said on the website. Unfortunately, my order is still not delivered, and there has been no proactive communication from the company.

Every time I enquire, they do respond within 24 hours, but only because I ask—if you don’t follow up, you won’t get any updates. This lack of transparency is frustrating, and based on my experience, orders generally take longer than what is stated on their website.

If you're considering ordering from them, be prepared for delays and the need to constantly chase for updates. I hope they improve their service and communication in the future.
