Late and incomplete orders as well as bad support

My order was only delivered after over a month, contrary to their 2-14 day delivery policy. My order was also incomplete as they forgot to send me one of the items. Their support email has been useless as they have responded to none of my emails, even though they promise a 24 hour reply
