Itworkup.co.za false response to bad review
I ordered EV chargers from this company on Tuesday 16 July.
They took my money but gave no order confirmation or any other communication with me. I emailed twice - no answer at all. There is no phone no. I posted a hello Peter review. The company responded to it saying it was clear from my order confirmation they deliver in ten days so my review was premature. Hello Peter removed my review.
It is so outrageous. I still don’t have an order confirmation!!!! And no email response at all. The company obviously survives by lying on social media and getting bad reviews removed.
If they are really not a **** site they would respond to my emails and give an order confirmation and not just lie in a social media response. Why would I have given this review if there was a way of actually communicating with them, I just want an order number and then my chargers - which I have been charged for …
As mentioned in our response to your first review, which was removed by Hellopeter due to inaccuracies, we would like to address your concerns again with all the necessary evidence:
You created your order on 16/07/2024, and our system immediately emailed you with all your order details.
On the same day, we sent you another email with detailed order and processing information, clearly stating that delivery takes 5-12 working days, as also mentioned on the product page.
Despite this, you left a negative review after just a few days, without acknowledging the stated delivery timeframe.
It seems you either blocked our emails or have incorrect email settings, as none of our emails are reaching you. Here is the proof of our attempts:

You have only waited approximately four working days out of the 12-day period and have left a negative review without any reasonable grounds. We have made multiple attempts to contact you without any success.
