ITworkup Unreliable Delivery Dates
Order was placed on 04/01/2025, delivery stated is 5-14 work days , It is today 16 Work days later with still no product in hand. Sent numerous emails to Info@ITworkup and Ulrich at there Office on Thursday to enquire status of Order. Only received a Whatsapp from them on Friday afternoon 15:41 notifying me that the order was not been delivered to them do to Weather Conditions ??? They can't deliver because its to Hot or What. Also saying that my Email provider was blocking emails from them, which I queried with service provider and no such block existed. New Delivery date is 28/01/2025 but we will see. Note to anyone that wants to Buy from ITworkup , If they don't have the stock on hand in warehouse, don't even border ordering it from them. Spare yourself the trouble and order from a reputable supplier.

28 Jan 2025, 12:34Review Update : Just as I thought , contacted ITworkup again today to enquire about my order, sent a message via Whatsapp number and Email, received a message back stating that the sales team will be in contact today or whenever to discuss my order ETA. Looks like Customer service is the least of there worries.
