ITWorkup quick to make sale and then disappear
Ordered printer components after speaking to a sales tech. Thought their service is profound only to realize after 5 days that my order has not been processed. No response on mail and landline just rings any time of the day. Worst online shopping experience in South Africa

22 May 2024, 14:26Dear Luan,
We strive to be as clear as possible with our delivery dates. Here's a summary of our communication and delivery process for your order:
1. Every product page clearly states that delivery takes 5-12 working days. You placed your order on the evening of 16/05/2024, and it was processed on 17/05/2024, the next working day. Only 3 working days have passed since then. Please see the attached photo of the product page showing the delivery dates:

2. On 17/05/2024, you received an automated email informing you that your order was processing and would take 5-12 working days for delivery. We have included a screenshot of this email:

3. Yesterday, you emailed us about your order status, and Timothy promptly rep****,
confirming that your order is processing and that we will notify you when it reaches our warehouse. Please see the attached proof:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LdLLzTxsOimSgtwRJOeWcl1MB2pqRSk_/view
4. Today, you sent another email a few hours ago inquiring about your order status. We have included a screenshot of this communication as well and after not receiving a reply for a few hours, you are leaving a negative review?:

We find it challenging to understand the dissatisfaction when only 3 out of the maximum 12 working days have passed. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know, and we will refund you immediately. However, writing negative comments when the delivery dates are clearly stated and within the expected timeframe is unfair.
