ITWorkup order review

ITworkup is great and they deserve 5 stars however, I did had some issues with them. I used them because of great reviews and I'm not disappointed. I opted to pay at the collection office once the product was ready to be picked up, however, their website never told me I should pay a R500.00 deposit if I chose that option. I found out about the deposit after I visited their office. The wait for the product was 2 and a half weeks which was a bit of a stretch for me yet the product arrived on the day they said it would. I want to give 5 stars but ITWorkup needs to give more info on their website regarding deposits in order to avoid confusion. The experience was good but not great thus 4 stars from me and I will in the future use them again.
