Itworkup causing delays in my business

Placed an order on the 24th of august, it is currently 11th of september, have not yet recieved my order. After promises that my order will be at their offices on the day i request an update on my order, it has still not arrived. It states deliver can take up to 12 days, but you’re only informed after you have paid for your order. Would not recommend if you are using your computer for work purposes and need an order urgently.
