claiming 5-12days delivery 50days + and still no delivery

I ordered a CPU on the 3rd of December hoping to upgrade my son's PC for Christmas and the school holidays they claim a 7-12 days delivery time frame then my CPU didn't even arrive in the country until the 18th 3 days passed the 15 max expected delivery date. I thought hey it will still be here before Christmas. Nope they then say customs don't want to release it. Ok we'll sort it out your whole business is centered around you importing goods you must know the in's and the outs of importing goods or your company would be pretty *****ed, turns out they are not so good with getting things through customs it's the 22nd of January I still haven't got my CPU the last update I got was on the 15th claiming it could take another 2 weeks but they will try and see if some of the products can be released I'm assuming that as I haven't been contacted that some of the products didn't include mine. And the only solution offered is give us your account we will refund you. What is the point of ordering with you if you can't deliver. Take my money with the promise of delivery then **** me off by not delivering and then saying just take your money back it's not like we wasted your time or anything.
