I've ordered on 4 June 2024, 3 pcs hard drives and docking, on 14 June i've write a message about time of delivery, Kumar Loganathan reply with this msg "Eta is mid Next week for this order", so today on 20 June 2024, after 13 working days, i've send 3 messages to this company and no reply and no delivery

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your order. On June 4th, you ordered the following products:
From June 4th until today, only 10 working days have passed (accounting for national holidays). The Docking Station is scheduled to arrive at our office tomorrow, or at the latest, on Monday. Here is the proof of tracking from Europe:

Furthermore, on 14/06/2024, you were informed via email that the Docking Station is already in transit to our office and will reach us tomorrow or at the latest on Monday, as we have already explained.
As soon as we receive this parcel, we will ship all your products to you on the same day.
While there might be a slight delay of 1-2 working days, please be assured that we always deliver our orders. There has never been a customer who did not receive their products once the order was in processing status.
