A potential big player in SA's competitive PC market

Relatively new on the market they raised some legitimacy questions which I couldn't find the answers to on the normal SA forums I frequent. Suffice to say one email later Edvinas responded comprehensively answering all my questions and Kumar followed that up with a call. I already had some confidence seeing Kumar's email with a CSSI signature and he confirmed ITworkup and CSSI are partners, that's all the assurance I needed. He also further alleviated any remaining concerns answering all my questions regarding warranty and return processes.

I received my order yesterday well within the shipping estimates, packaged very securely. I can definitely recommend them, especially for items that we cant get locally. Think of them as an amazon.com with better pricing, a physical local branch, much faster shipping times, no customs/duty complications and actual human's you can talk to.
