I placed an order for two phones on 07 December 2024, with payment on collection. ITworkup acknowledged receipt of my order within an hour and then requested R500,00 to proceed with my order, which I completed the next morning.

From there on, I was kept up to date regarding the status of my order, including delays at Customs. I received notification for collection of my order on 19 December 2024, well within the promised 10 to 15 days delivery period. Although, confirmation of payment was delayed on my side, Tim was the friendliest and patient personnel to deal with. He ensured that I walked out with my phones on 20 December 2024
