<p>Good day.</p> <p>My name is Malcolm Poole a young professional that has been employed at Callforce learning center as a Language consultant. Today 17/07/2017 I was almost bul**** into forceful resignation, However I refused as I feel the need to expose how Callforce operates and how we as South Africans are being treated and bul**** every single day of our lives. A client complained about me and this was my very first offense and without any warning or procedure being followed I was almost forced to resign. I refused as I had to first get advise and weigh all my options. This is not the first incident every other month there is a payroll issue, this is a full operational institution and has been operational for a few years however there are always salary issues at the end of the month. People employed at the language center are scared to speak out as they fear loosing their jobs. I am asking the ENCA group to investigate this and look into this as young professionals are being exploited every single day.</p> <p>Please NOTE that I will not stop till this gets investigated and the language center gets exposed.</p> <p>Regards<br />Malcolm Poole<br /> ********** 130</p>
