Money paid, no voucher received (July 2022)

Used to be a loyal customer and used to get the voucher codes quickly, but after paying (3 Jul 2022) no code has been sent and no response to my follow-ups on WhatsApp or email. Donovan ***ner), what is happening - if I read the other reviews this is not looking good for you.
