It’s been months, zero response

I’ve been waiting months for my voucher, I’ve tried contacting them through every platform with absolutely zero response. I’m so disappointed as I’ve been using them for years with no issues. I can’t back up my phone even as I need to by more space, so my new phone is just sitting in the draw.
