Please communicate

I have been using this company for years and I feel like things have always gone smoothly. Unfortunately my last experience hasn’t gone smoothly. I made payment for a voucher on 23/10 and emailed through the proof of payment. I then followed up with 2 more emails as it was taking long and I had not heard anything. I resent the proof of payment yesterday hoping to hear something back but not yet. I bought the voucher as soon as I saw I needed to pay for cloud space again. I urgently need my voucher to secure my info. I see now on their website there is a notice saying they are battling to get some stock, I just wish someone had mailed me back to tell me that. Both from a convenience perspective as well as worrying whether the person is safe. If you see this message my invoice number is 67762, I would really appreciate your attention to this.
