Bad Customer Service!!!

I have been a customer of itunesvouchers.co.za for many years and in the last few years their client service have steadily grown worse. In the beginning you got your voucher number quite soon after sending them your proof of payment, but the last (almost) 2/3 years it took a few emails to their info desk to get a reply. Well, I bought a voucher in the begging of September, send them the proof of payment as usual (knowing that there is delay from their website) but got nothing back from them, even after sending them numerous emails and trying to phone them. Nobody is even picking up the phone. If there is a stock shortage of voucher numbers or whatever at least reply to your clients...
