Very poor sub-standard service

I am Mr Z Malote. Itu assist is a lying organisation. These guys don't keep their promises. They damaged my car tyre when towing my car last year. They have been promising to replace it and to this day their Manager Mr Theo Arends has been promising me lies. This company is impossible to trust with a simple thing like this, how much more with much bigger things. Extremely poor service. No tyre replacement of my car as they promised 5 months later
