The worst service ever

I have been trying unsuccessfully, like almost everyone else, to get my 3 year old geyser, which comes with a 10 year warrantee replaced. ITU are the fulfillment partners. THey do not answer the telephone or emails. Oh, by the way, the geyser burst 5 months ago...

This is absolutely disgusting...
