ITUASSIST IS TERRIBLE MIWAY TAKE NOTE PLEASE
Miway appointed them 2mnths ago on a water leak claim and to date i have had no feedback on my claim The plumbing company that was appointed says that they refuse to work for ITu assist as they dont receive payment...WHY pray tell would Miway utilize a intermediary in the first place and then appoint one that does not pay the service providers. So the end result is that the paying customer receives NO service...shocking service levels Miway and ITU assist.
