The water in my geyser was cold so I registered a claim with ABSA. I was very hopeful that I would get service this time round. An sms came the next morning and I was called to inform that ituAssist would deal with the claim. The biggest mistake of my life!

3 days later and I am still without hot water.

The first excuse was that they could not find a plumber in my area. Then after complaining a new plumber was appointed. I sent so many messages to them, all unanswered and no manager calling me to explain.
