Worst delivery service , so slow

I have been waiting for my package which arrived in Cape Town about 2 weeks ago. The Cape Town number doesn’t work as no one answers. The other number l called the person was rude to me saying they didn’t have my package but l could see it on their tracking system. I have called buffalo and l have called ITT and still no one has assisted me, can l please just get my glasses , l ordered over a month ago
