Worst Customer Service

My package arrived at the Cape Town bramch on the 8th of April and it is laying on the checking floor for the last 3days ive phoned the Cape Town branch alot of times where the call gets Declined or the line is dropped. i the proseeded to phone the Operation Manager where he told me i must speak to a lady at the dispaching department then he handed the phone off not solving my problem at all. i then spoke to the lady that said that they can only get the package to me **Maybe** tomorrow or Friday.

the package is supposed to be delivered to my place the 11th witch is today.

this has been one of the worst customer service ive ever received in quite a while...
