Undelivered parcel

I had the worst experience ever inquesntown branch my parcel has been with them since the 05 May 2020 and today is the 19 May 2020 and inhad yet not recieved my parcel, the parcel was sent through by plutos VII they gave me a numbet to call *** i called the number and that guy did not assist me started ignoring my text and gave me another number to call which was not being picked up their office line is neglected cant get through it at all till now im waiting for my parcel, to everyone if you need your thing immediately and want good service please stay away from these companies or you will be on your own
