Terrible service

I have a parcel that was sent by Buffalo that I haven't received. It's been at the same place for more than a week and I've been trying to get a hold of someone who can help me but no one answers their phones. I've called for 5 consecutive days and still no one pick up. I urgently need my parcel for my graduation in a few days.
