POOR SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDED

ITT/ITT East London Poor, poor and poor. I do not reccomend to anyone. Parcel tracking seems like an option extra. 95% of the time you never know where the parcel actully is. And 80% of the time your order will be sent to the wrong city. Expect late delivery. Last friday 22/05/20 my order was in my city and out for delivery and it never arrived. Today I see that It went through a floor check in another city (PE). Very slow and unprofessional business.
