Poor service and too laid back!

What a joke. I called Cape Town office and I keep getting transferred back and forth. All I wanted to do was to track my parcel.

Eventually I got through to JHB offices and lady spoke to me ( the line was extremely bad) , but from what I could make out, she said the scanners at the dispatch facility has been ****** and they not sure when it can be delivered.

I will never ever use ITT again!
